INTRODUCTION
‘Let’s Build’ is information for Owners who are thinking of, or actually doing building work anywhere in Australia, suitable for any size project from the largest with landscaping to a small improvement.  Information is available to Subscribers for two (2) years for $35.00 + GST.
'Let's Build' is for all Owners (from those wanting a Professional to do all, to those more actively involved) to be informed at their own pace about items of interest (refer INDEX Section 28).  
Designer and Builder competence varies greatly.  'Let's Build' contains essential information, and can give a second opinion and audit on most things generally.  It is a comprehensive written document, presented in simple terms. 
Costly building mistakes and disputes are usually preventable by good design and Contract practice, not Government intervention (addressed in OVERVIEW AND PROCESS Section 1A).  However, good practice is not universal.
‘Let’s Build’ is not: a list of building Regulations, a full cost estimating or trade skills manual, a property buying and selling guide, or a loans finance guide. 
FREE INFORMATION
There is limitless free information in the marketplace, often anonymously authored.  Much free information is poorly written, presented with bias, or simply incorrect.  Also it is rarely “free”, being paid for by Advertisers, Industry Authorities, or Associations (representing paid members).  A product will favor those that pay for it. 

‘Let’s Build’ contains no advertising and is Architect authored for the Subscriber, reflecting ethical responsibility to give professional balanced opinion without unreasonable bias.
